At Jocey'sFlowerCO, we offer free shipping for orders over $50 within California. For orders under $50, there will be a flat rate shipping fee of $5. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after order is placed. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jocey'sFlowerCO. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make things right. We accept returns and exchanges for items that are in their original condition and packaging. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.
